Drop-off day is simple and stress-free. Here's everything you need to know.

A Google Calendar invite with your appointment time will be sent to you upon booking.
BST Location
4578 Gatineau Avenue, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2R8
- Look for the house with the fire hydrant out front
- Park on the driveway — it is typically left empty on purpose for client arrivals
How Drop-Off Works
- Drive to the BST location at your appointed time
- Samantha, Amir, or Amelia will come out to greet you and meet the bird
- Hand off your bird, cage, food, and supplies
- Take a moment to say goodbye and share any important care details verbally — no formal paperwork at drop-off
- Pay any remaining balance — cash at the door or e-transfer on drop-off day
- You're all set! Check the BST client portal for your first update
When to Expect Your First Update
- Drop-off before 5:00 PM: Expect your first update by 7:00 PM the same day
- Drop-off after 5:00 PM: Your first update will be sent the following day
- Portal access is sent to you in advance and included with each daily update email
Pro Tip: Carrier recommended for easy transport. If renting a BST cage, just bring your bird in a carrier.
First-Time Clients
If this is your first time boarding with BST, the drop-off process is the same. We'll take a little extra time to get to know your bird and understand their personality, preferences, and any special needs. Many birds settle in within the first day or two. We provide extra enrichment and monitoring for first-time boarders to help them feel comfortable.
