Booking your bird's stay with BST is simple and can be done entirely online through our client portal. The process takes approximately 4 minutes.
4-Step Booking Process (Returning Clients)
- Fill in your details at mybird.birdsittingtoronto.ca/get_quote — number of birds, species, drop-off & pick-up dates, grooming needs, and cage rental
- Quotation calculator generates your quote based on your bird's size and stay duration
- Review & approve your quote, then sign the client agreement
- Pay a deposit (any amount you choose) via e-transfer or cash to secure your booking

Payment & Deposits
- Deposit to book: Pay any deposit amount you choose via e-transfer or cash to secure your spot
- Balance due at drop-off: Remaining balance is paid at drop-off — cash at the door or e-transfer on drop-off day
- You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details after your deposit
- Need to modify dates? Contact Samantha as soon as possible — changes are accommodated when availability allows
- Your signed client agreement covers care expectations for both parties
