Daily Updates

You'll receive comprehensive updates every single day of your bird's stay:

  • Montage video — a highlight reel of your bird's day
  • Raw photos and videos — unedited moments throughout the day
  • Delivered via email and posted to your portal gallery

Response Times

Response times are during waking hours (9 AM - 7 PM weekdays, 9 AM - 3 PM weekends). WhatsApp and SMS messages are typically responded to within minutes.

Emergency Communication

In the rare event of an emergency, BST will call you immediately. If you're out of the country, we'll reach you via WhatsApp message and call.

Leaving Feedback

You can leave comments and reactions directly on your bird's daily photos through the portal. This is a great way to interact and let us know how you're feeling about the updates!
