Daily Updates

Staying connected to your bird during their stay is a core part of the BST experience:

• Daily montage video + raw photos and videos sent to your email every day
• All updates also posted to the BST client portal
• WhatsApp/SMS available for questions and communication
• You can also reach us or leave comments directly through the client portal
• Portal access is sent to you in advance of your stay and included with each daily update

Update Timing

• Drop-off before 5:00 PM: First update by 7:00 PM the same day
• Drop-off after 5:00 PM: First update the following day
• Daily updates thereafter: Sent by evening each day of the stay
• Pick-up day: No video update is sent on pick-up day
